A6x Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by a6x through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the a6x platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and a6x as the platform operator.

The a6x platform is only permitted for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally allowed to participate in betting activities within their jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that no legal restrictions prevent you from using our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on a6x. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number, and any other requested details. a6x reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the a6x support team immediately.
  • A6x shall not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your password secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

As an a6x platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. You may not use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed:

  • Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the betting system or game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, sandbagging, or any form of cheating.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner that contradicts the stated terms and conditions.
  • Uploading or distributing content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code through the platform.
  • Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation.

A6x reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding funds, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the a6x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, registered in their own name, and does not involve funds from illegitimate sources.

Accepted deposit methods include internet banking via FPX, approved local e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and other methods available from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each method and may change without prior notice.

Regarding fund withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals are processed only to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, for security purposes and in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • A6x reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or in cases deemed suspicious.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method — e-wallets are generally faster than bank transfers.
  • Any taxes, charges, or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

A6x is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by external factors such as banking system failures, network maintenance, or instructions from financial authorities.

5. Liability Limitations & Disclaimers

The a6x platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. a6x does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, technical errors, or temporary downtime for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, a6x and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial losses incurred by the user as a result of betting or gaming decisions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Data loss, service disruptions, or damage caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or internet infrastructure outages.
  • Third-party content or actions accessible via links or integrations on the platform.

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that all decisions to bet or play are made at the user's own discretion and responsibility.

6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

A6x reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons without providing detailed explanation:

  • Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • Receipt of a valid complaint from a third party regarding account misuse.
  • Failure to verify your identity or submit required documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Prolonged account inactivity exceeding the specified period.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, a6x reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance subject to case assessment and applicable legal requirements. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact the a6x support team for further review.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the a6x platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of a6x or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

The a6x platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. a6x has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of such links.

8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

A6x reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.

Continued use of the a6x platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
